Order Processing

Please note:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination country and local carrier operations.

Average Delivery Times

  • Europe: 7–12 days

  • United Kingdom: 7–11 days

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 9–15 days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 days

Most customers receive their order within approximately 8–14 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Relief X may offer:

Any active promotion will automatically appear during checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take up to several days to appear after shipment confirmation, especially during customs processing or international transit.

If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Relief X is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Local delivery issues

If your package appears significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages depending on stock availability and warehouse logistics.

If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
